Office / Customer Service / Data Entry

Customer Service and Order Entry Representative (Distribution)

$24.00 per hour to start plus medical, dental and PTO

As Customer Service and Order Entry Representative, you will:

  • Join a distributor of food service products
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email
  • Answer questions and address inquiries
  • Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
  • Enter and process price quotes and sample requests
  • Take, enter and process orders
  • Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information
  • Monitor open orders and product availability
  • Coordinate with the Shipping Department
  • Enter, process and distribute customer invoices
  • Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
  • Escalate complex issues as necessary
  • Provide additional data entry support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center or similar experience

With:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accurate Data Entry skills
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
