Hours are Monday through Friday and can be somewhat flexible. Must be professional, highly motivated, and have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Must be dependable and have a positive attitude about being a team player. Candidate will be working in downtown Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities:

  • ·Ability to manage multiple matters
  • · Drafting letters and email correspondence
  • · Drafting discovery documents
  • · Electronic filing within state and federal court systems
  • · Managing and tracking deadlines
  • · Scheduling meetings, depositions, and hearings, as needed
  • · Manage attorneys’ calendars, as needed
  • · Physical and electronic file management
  • · Manage and maintain prompt communication with clients, attorneys, litigation vendors, and court personnel
  • · Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Type:  Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary:  Commensurate with market and experience
