Mile High Tree Care, Inc is looking for an a Climbing Foreman/Arborist/Trimmer with a minimum of 2 years Climbing/Trimming experience. THIS IS A POSITION FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO CONTRIBUTE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO HELP CREATE MORE EFFICIENT PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES AS WE ADAPT TO AN EVER-CHANGING INDUSTRY.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION:

Guaranteed full time work during both summer and winter

WE PAY WEEKLY

Get paid every Friday

$28 - $38/HR

BENEFITS AFTER 60 DAYS

PAID HOLIDAYS INCLUDING YOUR BIRTHDAY

Yearly bonuses

40hrs of PTO after first 12 months

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:

  • A natural leader with experience leading and training crews
  • Residential and commercial experience
  • Current ISA arborist certification highly desirable; or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Proven safety record and skilled in safe climbing techniques and tree pruning/removal in compliance with ANSI A300 standards
  • Experience in all aspects of tree work

About the position:

  • This is a full-time position for an experienced climber/foreman
  • Higher compensation for any or all of the following skills/certifications:
  • ISA Certification
  • CDL Class B Air Brakes
  • Strong Tree, Pest and Pathogen Identification skills
  • Snow Plowing during Winter Season

Experience:

  • Tree Climbing: 2 years (Required)
  • Managing crews: 2 years (Preferred)
