Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
  • Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained throughout the dining experience.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
