Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as a Production Supervisor at Vital Systems Corporation in Reno, NV. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality standards, and implementing process improvements. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing production data, and optimizing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes and PCB manufacturing
  • Experience in managing production operations and production schedules
  • Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
