We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential construction sales, construction material sales or residential construction. This role offers a baseline salary with commission, with earning potential ranging from $40,000 to $150,000 annually. Benefits are provided, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to drive sales and contribute to our company's growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Identify and target new sales opportunities within the residential construction industry.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in residential construction sales or construction sales is required.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: Baseline salary with commission. Earning potential ranges from $40,000 to $150,000 annually.

Working Conditions:
