We are looking for energetic focused individuals to join our team as Order Pickers Sailrite is dedicated to equipping boaters and do-it-yourselfers all over the world with specialized tools, supplies, kits, and instructional resources to sew their own sails, boat covers, patio furnishings, and upholstery projects.

Order pickers are responsible for locating and picking items for customer orders accurately and efficiently using handled scanners. Then ensuring that the proper items are packaged and labeled before delivering the order to the packing line. Pickers must be able to pay attention to detail and pick parts at a fast pace to meet accuracy requirements and deadlines.

The ideal candidate for Order Picker will be a self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a strong work history, a high work ethic, and someone who likes working in a fun & fast-paced environment.

  • Dependable, maintain consistent work attendance
  • Team Player with a great & positive attitude
  • Must be someone who obsesses over the details (Detail-oriented)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet productivity rates and deadlines
  • Strives for excellence
  • Basic math and computer skills; the ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 60 lbs routinely.
  • One or more years of factory-related experience in shipping and receiving a plus, but not required.
