Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI to visualize dealership sales data, including vehicle sales, inventory levels, customer demographics, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with dealership management to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and track dealership performance against targets and benchmarks, highlighting areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for dealership leadership and stakeholders, summarizing findings and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleansing data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and transaction databases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automotive sales analytics and data visualization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a focus on dealership sales data and automotive industry preferred.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
