Code & Color is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with excellent customer communication skills, is creative in their approach to customers, and driven to research companies and provide a curated sales pitch of our services to clients. The Sales and Project Manager will be primarily responsible for finding new prospects and converting those leads into long-standing clients, as well as oversee new client onboarding and maintaining client communication. This position is based out of Kingsport, Tennessee, operating remotely with travel throughout the region expected weekly.

Requirements:
· Proven sales experience, ideally within the digital marketing space as well as project management experience.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing services (websites, advertising, content creation) and the ability to communicate their value to clients.
· Technical understanding of programs such as Hubspot, Google services, and Microsoft suite.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Educate prospects and clients of the benefits of Code & Color service offerings, explaining the details of how each service could lead to growth and impact for each unique business
· Coordinate with our development team and creative team to secure any needs they may have from our clients
· Set up new client billing and paperwork for new clients
· Regularly report on sales goals and on customer needs, problems, interests, and any potential for new products and services
· Highly self-motivated and driven to meet revenue goals in a fast paced remote sales position.
