We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in resolving computer, network, and Office 365 support issues for our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer hardware and software issues.
- Resolve client issues via phone, in-person, or electronically.
- Recommend and implement hardware and software improvements.
- Track and document customer issues and resolutions in a detailed and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Positive, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools is a plus.
- Office 365 certifications are highly desirable.
- Network Plus certification is a plus.
