We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Executive Assistant to join our team for a 13-week contract in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support with advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent organizational skills. This role requires night shifts, ensuring seamless operations and support during the designated hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support**:
  - Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- **Office Management**:
  - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available and operational.
  - Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

- **Communication**:
  - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing inquiries.
  - Facilitate effective communication between executive staff and other departments.

- **Data Management**:
  - Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate and accessible record-keeping.
  - Utilize advanced Microsoft applications to create, manage, and analyze data, reports, and presentations.

- **Project Coordination**:
  - Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events, including coordinating logistics and managing timelines.
  - Support executive staff in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including creating agendas and meeting minutes.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience**:
  - 5-8 years of related work experience in administrative support roles.
  
- **Education**:
  - High School Diploma or GED required.

- **Certifications**:
  - COVID Card required.

- **Skills**:
  - Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  - Proficiency in using other web-based applications and tools.
  - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Additional Information:**

- **Shift Schedule**: Night shifts, 5x8 hours, totaling 36 hours per week.
