Your Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Duties: Handle phones, patient scheduling, and communicate with pharmacies, lab companies, and other medical vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with faxes, prescription calls, and manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
  • Patient Care & Back Office: Conduct vitals, room patients, administer IM injections, and perform blood draws.
  • Organizational Tasks: Maintain cleanliness, order supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Documentation: Keep tracking documents up to date and update our electronic health record.
  • Coordination: Schedule specimen pick-ups and maintain patient forms.
  • IV Suite Assistance: Contribute to our IV suite and, if you have IV certification, excel in this area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
