Then look no further We are looking to hire a PART TIME, Hybrid, provisionally CT licensed clinicians (LPC-A, LMSW, MFT-A) as well as Fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, APRN)

Provisionally Licensed- Hybrid

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience conducting counseling/talk therapy sessions
  • Must be eligible for full licensure within 1 year
  • Minimum of 10 clients/week
  • At least 6 hours of evening and/or weekend availability

Pay rates:

  • $45- intakes, one-hour session
  • $30- 45 min session
  • $20- 30 min session
  • $25-per hour of supervision, training, and administrative tasks
  • 50% of collections of late cancellation fees and no-show fees, equating to ($25-$37)

Fully Licensed- Hybrid

  • Must have at least 1 year of CLINICAL experience (diagnosing, treatment planning, conducting counseling/talk therapy)
  • General proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.
  • Minimum of 10 clients/week
  • At least 6 hours of evening and/or weekend availability

Option 1- w2 employee (Fee for Service)

  • $60- billable intake, one-hour session
  • $30- billable 45 min session
  • $20- billable 30 min session
  • $25- per hour of administrative tasks
  • 50% of collections of late cancellation fees and no-show fees, equating to ($25-$37)
  • Employee Benefits for Part-Time (min 20 clients/week average):
    • Medical/Dental Insurance
    • Reimbursement for CEUs and Advanced specialty trainings

Option 2- 1099 Independent Contractor

Must have certification or advanced training in (EMDR, brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, DBT, hypnosis, EFT, etc.) or (fluent) in Spanish or Portuguese with at least 3 years clinical experience

  • 70/30% split of collections for sessions (range from $70-$140/session)
  • Includes consulting regarding self employment tax liability
  • Flexibility to create your own schedule and see as many clients as you want
  • Flexibility in where you work (in office or remote)

General Requirements:

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide and maintain documentation within the appropriate time frames.
  • Highly motivated to expand specialty areas of knowledge and training.
  • Ability to work Hybrid: In person in Bethel, CT and ability to work remotely in a private, office-like environment that protects client confidentiality
  • Able to commit to seeing a minimum of 10 clients a week, with some evening or weekend availability
  • Computer Literacy
  • Clinicians who are EMDR trained are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Clinicians interested and willing to get trained and certified in EMDR strongly encouraged to apply
