Qualifications:
> Solid construction experience including knowledge of building codes, industry standards, technical design/writing, innovation and overall construction processes.
> Previous management experience leading and developing/supporting a team.
> Strong time management, critical thinking and organization skills, continuing to be innovative and solution focused.
> Detail oriented, able to prioritize and maintain flexibility to adapt to changes.
> Solid communication skills.
> Previous related technical construction work experience or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or technical communication.
