Looking for someone who has experience coordinating demand generation event campaigns. This includes project plans, briefs, 3rd party vendor relations, cross-functional collaboration and execution. The Sr. Specialist will work closely with the Director of Marketing – North America to manage conferences, webinars and hospitality events and their associated integrated campaigns. This role will be on a month-to-month basis with potential to go full-time in Q3 as a Sr Specialist – Demand Generation.   

Requirements:  

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or related field 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS or tech professional services environment  
  • HubSpot and Asana proficiency 
  • Direct, hands-on experience planning, launching, and analyzing field marketing and digital campaigns 
  • You are data-driven, self-motivated, pays keen attention to detail, is highly organized, and possesses strong execution skills 
  • You have a growth mindset with the ability to both take feedback and work independently 
  • You can manage multiple projects independently while maintaining deliverables, timelines, and next steps 
  • You express yourself well, and have stellar interpersonal and teamwork skills.
