  • Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
    • Hybrid 1-2 days onsite, free onsite parking
  • Contract Duration: 6 months


What you will do as the Market Research Analyst:

  • Serve as point-person for quantitative research project execution including survey design, programming of questionnaires, recruitment management, and supporting analysis and deliverable creation
  • Execute projects within the set timeline and budget ensuring all milestones are hit
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure proactive communication throughout the project lifestyle
  • Create project reports that include visualizations and summaries in PowerPoint or Qualtrics
  • Respond to ad hoc requests, educate internal partners to ensure appropriate use of data, and research recommendations or applications
  • Drive quality control at each phase of the project (checking questionnaires, proofing reports and data) and offering solutions to make the work more efficient and effective


What you will bring to the role as the Market Research Analyst:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, business, analytics, or other relevant discipline related to the requirements of the position.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in quantitative market research methodologies and analytic techniques
  • Significant experience using Qualtrics to program, distribute, and analyze survey data
  • Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the quantitative research process
  • Strong analytic skills with experience using survey tools and data analysis/reporting packages
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; with the ability to develop and manipulate complex spreadsheets and data sets including pivot tables
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
