Operations Coordinator Summary

The Operations Coordinator is a member of the OneNet Global Professional Services Delivery Team and works as a bridge between the Sales, Project Management and Finance teams ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the client’s lifecycle. You'll wear many hats, from assisting with quotes and sales orders to supporting project execution and revenue capture.

 

Here's what you'll be doing:

·        Sales Support:

o    Work with external vendors to maintain internal pricing catalogue.

o    For simple support agreements and license orders, process quotes and sales orders, updating client agreements accordingly.

o    Monitor the sales order board and proactively identify any potential roadblocks.

o    Maintain and update sales and client records.

o    Facilitate a smooth handoff from the Sales team to Project Setup, ensuring all necessary information is transferred for project execution.

 

·        Project Support:

o    Maintain accurate records of all IT projects, including quotes, orders, and timelines.

o    Support the project team by assisting with telecom carrier quotes, orders, and ensuring they meet project deadlines.

o    Work with, and clearly communicate with, project managers, managing the creation/update of client agreements in coordination of service spin up to maintain agreement and billing accuracy during the project lifecycle.

o    Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure proper revenue capture for all efforts.

 

Qualifications:

·        High school diploma or GED. An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology or similar preferred.

·        Attention to detail and owning that responsibility.

·        Previous experience in technical sales administration, project coordination or a similar role.

·        Business acumen

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·        Self-directed and ambitious

·        High energy with a bias towards action

·        Can-do, helpful attitude

·        Willing to work in a team/group environment.

·        Professional verbal and written communication style

·        Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

·        Appreciates established processes but also has the flexibility to adapt when needed.

Bonus points if you have:

·        Experience working in an IT environment.

·        Familiarity with software licensing and renewals.

·        Knowledge of telecom carrier services and ordering processes.

 

Travel

Minimal travel required.

 

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales quotes/orders, purchase orders and services agreements.

 

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to have a desire to know and learn technology. They will need technical attention to detail and also need to be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
