**Prior homebuilding finance experience required for consideration 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide accurate and insightful financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the FP&A function.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess industry and market trends to inform financial projections and strategic planning efforts.
  • Support investor relations activities, including financial reporting, presentations, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
