Job Position: General Laborer

 

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: WEEKLY PAY

Payrate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:30am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday

General Laborer description various tasks include but not limited to:

  • Helping Welding Technicians prepare waste containers to be repaired.
  • Torch burning
  • Assisting Lead fabricator when necessary
  • Prepping the metal waste containers to be painted including grinding flaking paint and rust.
  • Painting the metal waste containers after they were repaired using an airless Paint Sprayer
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of the shop, office and grounds.
  • With good work performance this position could lead to learning a skilled trade (Welding) for the right person
  • A current driver's license is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Requires Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Experience using a handheld grinder (preferred)
