Mary’s Choice RVA is in need of a Child Care Provider/Specialist.
The Child Care Provider/Specialist is responsible for the daily order and operations of the
children. Must be a caring, responsible, and reliable individual who has a genuine love for
children and a desire to provide the best possible care for them. Must be pleasant and patient.
Have a personality and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational, time management,
and computer skills. Be a highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with limited
supervision. Ability to convey a high degree of commitment and passion for the mission and
values of Mary’s Choice RVA and the organization’s Mission of Statement.
Must be a Non-smoker. Have a clean driving and valid license. Have reliable transportation.
Minimum of 3 years related private home experience.
Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
Bilingual- English and Spanish and special needs experience is a plus.
Flexible to work weekends.

The CCP/S is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours.
