Job Summary

Sage Therapy has opened a new location in Indiana We are currently seeking a provisional or fully licensed Clinician (LSW/LCSW, LPC/LMHC, PsyD or PhD) who is interested in joining our growing team at our new virtual Indiana location. We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and forward-thinking therapist to join our supportive and fun team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, evidence-based therapy; supervisors are expected to conduct 80+ sessions/month with clients.
  • Help clients develop skills and set tangible goals to improve mental health;
  • Other appropriate and related therapeutic services, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Required); Doctorate (if applicable)
  • Either provisionally or fully licensed Clinician/psychologist in the state of Indiana: LPC, LMHC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD
  • Experience providing direct client care
  • Must be independent, driven, open-minded, compassionate, interpersonal, and a team player;
  • Must be interested and excited to be part of a growing practice;
  • Embrace a growth mindset - you feel confident in your abilities as a therapist and are also willing to learn;
  • Have excellent interpersonal, leadership and organizational/time management skills;
  • Have experience working with adults, adolescents and/or couples;
  • Have experience working with psychosocial issues such as work/life balance, stress management, depression, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, and life transitions;
  • Adherence to standards of service operations, documentation, and confidentiality at all times;
  • Ability to use electronic/digital devices and applications for long, uninterrupted periods of time.

About Sage

At Sage Therapy, we incorporate a hybrid model of both telehealth and in-person services to the State of Illinois and now telehealth services in the State of Indiana Our Indiana location is entirely virtual so this position would be 100% remote.

We provide the tools you need so that you can focus your energy on building your caseload and providing excellent quality mental health treatment for your clients and supervision. Resources provided by Sage Therapy include: marketing to obtain a steady stream of clients for you, billing and credentialing services, liability insurance, on-boarding new clients, and office space if/when seeing clients in person. This position includes competitive pay and flexibility with regard to total number of hours and available days and times. Clinicians must be open to work evenings and/or weekends.

We provide 1:1 weekly supervision to pre and provisionally licensed therapists, bi-weekly supervision for supervisors and weekly group consultation (optional) for all. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth through program development, community outreach and creative endeavors through blogging, vlogging and brand development. We offer funding toward CEU credits and trainings of your choice as well as in house trainings, lunch and learns, all staff meetings and consultation groups. The position also includes healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision), retirement plan options with employer contributions and Paid sick and personal time off.

Schedule:

  • Will collaboratively set your schedule/hours in a 1:1 meeting with the Owner of the practice to times that meet the needs of the practice and fit your schedule (some evening and/or weekend time slots necessary to meet client needs).
  • Given the nature of private practice and the necessity of seeing clients at times that work best for them, clinicians must be open to work some evening times and potentially one day over the weekend.
