JSG is interested in speaking with Supplier Relationship/Logistics Coordinator with procurement/compliance experience.

This is a 3+ month contract opportunity with our top client and is FULLY REMOTE. Pay for this role is $21hr.

The Supplier Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for;

  • Coordinate the planning and managing of interactions with preferred suppliers that supply goods and/or services to our clients.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the supplier scorecard program.
  • Create, develop, and maintain daily supplier open PO reports. Expedite/gather revised due dates and tracking information to provide and report back to the Purchasing team.
  • Track supplier compliance requirements such as EDI, portal usage, etc.
  • Identify bottlenecks and roadblocks upfront and facilitate improvements to supplier scorecard ratings.
  • Frequent contact with the supplier over the phone, and/or via email.
  • Anticipate problem transactions and root cause for report to the purchasing department.
  • Perform research on missed/late Po deliveries to ensure remediation.

The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement/Purchasing experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Preferred experience with supplier/vendor performance & compliance
  • ERP experience with Oracle, Peoplesoft, and MS Excel
  • Excellent Communication, problem solving, and Time Management
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
