Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking records
* Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and employee onboarding
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
* Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries
* Facilitate performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
* Coordinate employee events, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners
* Perform other HR-related duties as needed

Requirements:

* 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR coordinator or administrative role
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations (e.g. FLSA, ACA, EEO)
* Proficiency in HR software and systems (ADP)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
