Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of lawn care technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to crew members
- Operate lawn care equipment and perform hands-on work as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations
- Communicate with clients, address their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and client interactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
- Participate in the hiring, training, and performance management of crew members

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
- Proficient in the use of lawn care equipment, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
