**Salary:** Upwards of $35-50 per hour + Commission Structure

 

**Commission Structure:**

**Low Margin Accounts (Property Management Accounts):**

- **Installs:** 1.5% of total sale price (Average Sale Price $6,000)

- **Repairs:** 3% of total sale price (Average Sale Price $500)

 

**Standard Margin Accounts (Residential Customers):**

- **Installs:** 2.5% of total sale price (Average Sale Price $14,000)

- **Repairs:** 5% of total sale price (Average Sale Price $500)

 

**Average Sales Performance:**

- Our lead technician typically sells $75,000 per month on low-margin system replacements ("Installs").

- Additionally, they sell $20,000 per month on low-margin repairs.

- During the summer, residential installs can reach $100,000 or more per month.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and property management accounts.

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues accurately.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

- Promote and sell HVAC services and maintenance agreements.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC experience.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, diagnose, repair, and maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid HVAC technician certification and driver’s license.
