We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist for part time and per diem positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional physical therapy to patients by assessing and understanding care plans and create physical therapy treatment plans
- Documenting visits and updates on the patients care and progress
- Educate caregivers and their families on how to care for the patient
- Making the best judgement on the types of care and services needed for each patient
- Supports company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Any BILINGUAL skills are a PLUS
- MUST have Reliable transportation
- Must have great communication skills, excellent organizational, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills
- Must have great interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
- Must be available evening and weekends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is a plus in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field, but new graduates welcome
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
