Job Description
- Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials
- Assist PM with establishing scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors
- Coordinate with PM for shipments of materials to the appropriate sites
- Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
- Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met
- Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the Project Manager
- Pulling permits and ensure all COI’s are complete as required
- Establish and maintain positive/effective communication during the course of the project
- Some limited travel may be required for this position
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Compensation: Salary, Bonus and Benefits, total compensation will be between $75,000 and $90,000.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
- 2-year Business or Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Electrical experience preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills necessary
Additional Information:
- Must comply with our Conduct and Appearance Standards, which reflect Company image.
- Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have valid driver's license.
