Customer Success Agent/Order Fulfillment Specialist - Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, account reconciliation, and setup/maintenance requests to ensure maximum reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer order management in ERP systems like SAP.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders (POs) ensuring accuracy and compliance with document retention procedures.
- Coordinate with shipping clerks across multiple plants to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on schedule; communicate updates to customers as needed.
- Handle timely and accurate communication of any order changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer order and billing issues promptly.
- Support team during high-volume order periods or operational challenges to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain detailed "Order Entry Notes" documenting customer order patterns and special instructions.
- Escalate customer issues to team leads or supervisors as necessary.
- Process month-end billing activities accurately and within established timelines.
- Manage order changes related to product allocation among different plants as required.
- Monitor and manage open deliveries within department targets; coordinate notifications of changes with shipping clerks and customers.
- Assign reason codes in SAP for invoice corrections and process credit/debit requests according to company policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with Pivot Tables and Formulas.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
