Job Description: As an independent contractor with Home Cleaning Squad, you will provide comprehensive cleaning services to residential properties. Your tasks will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and detailed organizing. We look for individuals who can handle various cleaning duties with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of residential properties.
  • Efficiently manage cleaning supplies and equipment that you provide.
  • Maintain communication with clients as needed while on the job.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the quality standards of Home Cleaning Squad.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years professional cleaning experience.
  • Own cleaning supplies and equipment, including brooms, vacuums, mops, and cleaning agents.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Active general liability insurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email or smartphone.
  • Must pass a background check due to client security requirements.
  • Possess a personal bank account for direct deposit payments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation of $25 to $35 per hour based on experience and efficiency.
  • Flexible scheduling options (Full-time, Part-time).
