Applications for this Live-In Caregiver Position(s) will be taken until filled.
2 Positions Open for clients in Scottsdale and Goodyear:
(4) days per week – Monday 8am – Friday 8am – Pre-tax earn approximately $1200 per week
(3) days per week – Friday 8am – Monday 8am – Pre-tax earn approximately $875 per week
.Mandatory Requirements:
· 2 years proven Live-In Experience in client's residence
· 2 to 3 References from Previous Employers
· Written Letter(s) of Reference Preferred (from previous client or a family member of previous client)
· 5 Plus Years of Experience in Elder Care
· Credentials: Level One Finger Print Card, Arizona Driver’s License, Current 1st Aide / CPR, Proof of Negative TB
· We run a Level 3 Background Check and Driver Pro Check
· Outstanding Communication and Organization Skills
· Report to our Community Care Liaison
· Ability to Listen and Work with Client’s Families Requests
. Must be able okay with cats (female client)
. Must have own vehicle
This is an elite caregiver live-in position working with a male client in his home for the 3-Day or 4-Day shift and female client for 3-Day shift.
Care of the client includes: safety and support, companionship, exceptional homemaking services (housekeeping and meals), assistance with activities of daily living and accompaniment to all the activities he likes to participate in and to his physician appointments, complete household management, personal care.
Interview Process:
1st Initial Screening with our Recruitment Director – (recruiter will make the selections on who moves forward based on experience matching the client’s needs)
2nd Interview with our Community Care Liaison
3rd Interview with Client’s Daughter (male client)
