Soldering Technician (lead) – 8 am to 4:30pm - Hoffman Estates, IL
$18 to $22 / Hour

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and are currently seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a proficient Soldering Technician to perform high-precision soldering tasks on electronic components. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling parts, soldering to a high standard, and conducting basic functionality tests on assembled devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Solder electronic components onto PCBs with precision.
  • Assemble, modify, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to schematics and technical drawings.
  • Perform visual inspections of solder joints and conduct basic electrical tests to ensure functionality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the soldering process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols related to handling electronic components.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in soldering and electronics assembly.
  • Familiarity with using soldering irons and other assembly tools.
  • Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and assembly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
