Job DescriptionJob Description

The Schedule Completion Coordinator is responsible for handling and managing the production work flow of high-end cabinets. This position will be the driving force behind ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly by consistently reviewing and adjusting schedule when required, as well as managing unforeseen problems in production.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor schedule and review back log to ensure that product will be completed on time.
  • Initiate action to overcome obstacles to ensure on-time delivery of product.
  • Monitor production workflow and resolve issues and delays as they arise.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure materials are available to meet production schedule.
  • Collaborate with team, managers, and other leaders to implement strategies to resolve  production issues.
  • Involve team and suggest plan strategies that promote effective manufacturing process, and high quality.
  • Apply analytical techniques to problem-solving and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Display by example safe working practices and enforce working safely in compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in cabinet or furniture production
  • Experience or understanding of production scheduling
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office applications and ERP system
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leaderships skills
  • High School diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
