Job Summary: To be successful as a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Assisting Sr. Manager of Supply Chain with freight distributions at various warehouses and planning for new customers projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project and expenditures

• Plan, monitor and execute short and long term projects

• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings

• Develop a high level view of our current supply chain strengths, identify risks, challenges, and opportunities • Create new reporting and tracking processes to ensure leadership has accurate and useful information

• Monitoring team mailboxes and keep boxes organized

• Diplomatically communicate regularly with various customers such as suppliers and our warehouse staff regarding upcoming projects

• Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings

• Ensuring project deadlines are met

• Determining project changes

• Providing administrative support as needed

• Proactively work to assist team to complete clerical tasks and filing

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study preferred

• 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Minimum two years of administrative or office-related experience

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

• Ability to work on tight deadlines.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
