Job Description:

 

We are seeking a meticulous property manager to manage our commercial real estate properties. The role involves overseeing property operations to enhance asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Manage all aspects of assigned properties

  • Coordinate maintenance requests to meet standards

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants

  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

  • Facilitate lease renewals

  • Maintain property operating expense records

  • Handle accounts payable

  • Manage violation and lien remediation

  • Ensure vendor and contractor quality control

  • Sort, scan, and archive documents

  • Complete property-related checklists

  • Oversee insurance-related tasks, including inspections, policy purchases, and renewals

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Management

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks Online

  • Customer-focused with a bottom-line orientation

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Experience with Propertyware is advantageous
