Call Center Agents at American Management Services work alongside our team of Field Service Managers to set appointments with qualified business owners. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.

What you must have as a Call Center Agent:

  • 2+ years of outbound (commissioned) call center experience (Timeshare and Collections agents do extremely well in this role)
  • Ability to demonstrate past success in a sales & business role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, outgoing and exceptionally organized mindset

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 am 5pm; Friday 8:30 am- 4:00 pm
  • No nights
  • Occasional weekends

Work Location: In-office (Hybrid)
