SUMMARY: As the Director of Quality Assurance at Grover Gaming, you will lead the Quality Assurance (QA) activities ensuring that all company products meet rigorous standards of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems. You'll be instrumental in shaping our QA processes and team to align with Grover Gaming's strategic growth. Your leadership will drive the QA team's success in enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance with functional requirements and governmental regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Embody and promote the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, acting as a champion for our culture.

  • Lead and mentor QA team, managing priorities, expectations, and strategic alignment.

  • Develop and refine QA policies and documentation to ensure scalability and adherence to industry standards.

  • Drive continuous quality improvement processes collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Foster an environment of clear communication, discussing objectives, initiatives, and performance transparently.

  • Identify potential quality issues, initiating prompt escalation to management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update knowledge of product lines, staying ahead of industry trends and legislative changes.

  • Balance productivity and team morale, ensuring a supportive and effective workplace.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years of testing experience in the gaming industry.

  • Proven experience in managing software QA teams.

  • Proficient with build and test automation tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

  • Flexibility with work hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

  • Superior time management and multitasking abilities.

  • High motivation level and a proactive work ethic.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

WORK ENVIROMENT:
