Ketamine Clinics Los Angeles (KCLA) is offering the opportunity for a mission-driven TMS Technician to join our team. KCLA is an innovative, progressive mental health clinic that transforms lives. After ten years of pioneering Ketamine Infusion Therapy for mental health conditions, with more than 30,000 infusions provided, KCLA has expanded into a comprehensive and integrative model, offering Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and other innovative modalities. MDMA, psilocybin, and other psychedelics will be incorporated as soon as they are FDA-approved and legally available.
KCLA seeks a dedicated and forward-thinking TMS Technician to join our dynamic growing team in a serene 5,000 sq ft facility in Los Angeles, CA 90045. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist our Psychiatrist with mapping and motor threshold determinations
Provide TMS treatments
Charting and documentation
Following up with prospective patients regarding treatment
Following up with established patients regarding treatment
Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills
Various administrative tasks (inventory, phones, emails, scheduling, billing support, etc.)
A genuine patient advocate, leader, self-starter, detail-oriented, and with excellent communication skills
Assist in the overall growth and development of the clinic
Requirements
Must be certified by Magventure
At least two years of experience working as a TMS Technician
Must live in or near the 90045 zip code and report to the office in person
Immediate start
4 hours per week to start, will grow to one full 8-hour day in 1-3 months. Opportunity to grow into a full-time position with benefits in approximately 3-6 months, if desired
Prior mental health experience is ideal, though not required
Compensation
$25-35 per hour
