Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$30 per hour based off of experience
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

What’s a typical day as a Purchasing/Logistics Admin? You’ll be:
• Responsible for ensuring that the business can acquire needed supplies, materials, and other relevant items, following a strict budget and keeping records of all the transactions
• Handling outgoing invoices for vendor payments, managing invoicing procedures, account coding, and databases
• Monitoring supply chains and shipments while actively engaged in communication with senders/receivers
• Maintaining accurate and consistent records for all inbound and outbound shipments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Have export and import customs experience, tariff knowledge is a plus
• Have experience in web-based systems and understand both warehouse and transportation management
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail-oriented
