We are hiring a Production Machine Operator Operator to join our growing fortune 500 soil packaging team In this role you will complete changeover, machine set-up, stocking inventory and maintaining the production machinery. This is 2nd shift Monday-Friday hours are 3PM-1AM with a starting pay of $21.00.

Hours and Pay

  • 2nd shift shift Monday - Friday 3pm-1am OT on Saturdays. 60 hour work weeks until June.
  • Pay begins at $21/hr with weekly pay

Requirements and Overview

  • Operate shaker (mixer) machines.
  • Ensuring the production line is running to performance and quality standards
  • Informs the heavy equipment operator to fill the shakers (mixers)
  • Performs housekeeping duties which include sweeping, and inventory management.
  • Operate a computer controlled production system for multiple raw material ingredients that are processed in a mix room.
  • Safe practices and procedures, ability to read English and or follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/rainy weather
  • Ability to lift 50 + pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on their feet for most of the day.
  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays.
