We are seeking a collaborative and team-oriented Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in Workday to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our Workday system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization. You will work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to optimize our HRIS processes and enhance the overall user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday System Management:
    • Configure and maintain the Workday system, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Reporting modules.
    • Implement new Workday features and functionalities, staying up-to-date with system updates and releases.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Provide support and training to HR and end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
    • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system by performing regular audits and data validation checks.
    • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory reports.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS workflows.
    • Lead or participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
    • Develop and document HRIS processes, procedures, and training materials.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    • Provide tier-2 support for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with Workday support and external consultants as needed to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
