Job Description: As a Financial Aid Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in understanding and navigating the financial aid process. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information about available financial aid programs, guiding students through application processes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from students seeking information about financial aid programs
  • Providing accurate and detailed information regarding eligibility requirements, application procedures, and available resources
  • Assisting students in completing financial aid applications and necessary paperwork
  • Verifying and reviewing financial aid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Addressing student inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all interactions with students

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
