Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner

• Assist with patient intake 

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments

• Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with positioning as needed

• Provide assistance to chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments

• Educate patients on chiropractic treatments, exercises, and home care instructions

• Daily cleaning and maintaining an organized clinic environment is a key requirement. 

• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing patient records and scheduling appointments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

• A genuine passion for helping others and promoting wellness
