Responsibilities
- : Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff. Work with internal teams and external partners to advertise vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
- : Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal operational efficiency and customer service. Coordinate with department leads to address staffing needs, plan for peak periods, and manage staff leaves.
- : Implement performance management systems to drive high performance. Regularly assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and work with team members to establish career development plans.
- : Oversee all HR-related aspects of operation, including employee relations and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree a plus)
- Must have experience working in a real estate/property management company
- Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager with an emphasis on employee relations, coaching, and mentoring,.
- Proven experience in HR management, with emphasis on talent acquisition and performance management.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of local and federal labor laws.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
