The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure project objectives are met.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
-Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in asphalt, paving, and concrete projects.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
