PJF is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team


The ideal candidate will be responsible to support all aspects of Project Coordination while partnering with our Lead Project Coordinator in the successful completion of assigned projects and other areas, as applicable.


Buyout Support

  • LOI Distribution
  • Create, distribute, & collect signed Commitments & PO's

Vendor/Sub-Contractor Compliance

  • Support annual insurance audits
  • Second level approval on Commitments and POs

Project Support

  • Participate in Procurement Meetings
  • Maintain/update the Project Summary List (Master project list in MS Lists).
  • Maintain Project Directory in Procore
  • Budget Import to Procore
  • Ongoing project admin support for Project Managers and Site Superintendents (Material procurement, research, doc management, etc.)

Compliance:

  • Ensure Prime Contract is received, signed, and saved prior to start of work. (actual signed contract responsibility of Sales/Estimating)
  • Permit Filing
  • Filing Preliminary State Construction Registry notices
  • Filing Bonds (Payment and Performance, UDOT)
  • Obtain Builder's Risk Insurance Policy for each assigned project
