Requirements of the General Affairs Coordinator:

  • 4 year college degree is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Professionalism and courtesy Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Negotiation skills with venders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office related applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Valid driver license

 

 

 

Responsibilities of the General Affairs Coordinator:

  • Management of company-owned equipment
  • Telephone handling
  • Reception and guest services
  • Administrative duties (data entry, database management, organize internal documents)
  • Assist with organizing internal events
  • Support management as needed (interpretation, assistance related to procedures for U.S. assignments)
  • Other related duties will be assigned
  •
