Responsibilities:

  • create, issue and negotiate change orders with Owners representative and subcontractors
  • update, submit and negotiate monthly payment applications
  • update, submit monthly project schedules
  • create, review and negotiate subcontractor change orders
  • create, update and run project weekly meetings
  • create update and run project foreman meetings
  • track and update monthly project cost
  • handle, review and manage all project disputes with Owners representative and subcontractors
  • create and update weekly 3-weeks look ahead.
  • coordinate project schedule with project superintendent, project engineer, trade formens and subcontractors.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in public works project manager for minimum of 3 years as project manager
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • bachlor of Civil Engineering, Construction Management is a plus
  • know how to work with P6, AutoCAD
