Job Description

  • Create and implement financial strategies to meet company goals
  • Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
  • Offer recommendations to improve financial performance and profitability
  • Track financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to spot trends and opportunities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and work with department heads to set financial targets
  • Monitor budget execution and analyze variances to ensure financial goals are met
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Manage Payroll Platforms
  • Oversee cash flow for daily operations and strategic initiatives
  • Forecast cash needs and optimize cash usage
  • Implement policies to manage cash and minimize risks
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate and prepared on time, following GAAP or relevant standards
  • Provide necessary documents for audits
  • Work with senior management to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess feasibility and potential returns

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years of related experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Proven experience in accounting or related role
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results and continuous improvement
