Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer with at least one year of experience in electro-mechanical systems and simple electronics schematic layouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering principles, be a US citizen, and be willing to travel occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electro-mechanical systems and components.
- Create and interpret electronic schematic layouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electro-mechanical systems.
- Conduct performance testing and validation of designs.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Support field installations and provide technical assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in designing and interpreting simple electronics schematic layouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- US citizenship is required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for fieldwork and project requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CREO CAD software for designing mechanical components.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure precise and functional designs.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of modern manufacturing processes and materials.
