Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Access Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes to ensure efficient operations within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:
- Manage patient access operations including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient flow and enhance the patient experience.
- Train and supervise staff on patient access protocols and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to address patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws in all patient interactions.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a patient service role within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology with exposure to various medical environments such as ER, dental offices, urgent care centers, or medical offices.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems like Epic or Dentrix.
- Strong knowledge of office operations including phone systems and administrative procedures.
